Allen Carr's Easyway method has helped many famous faces such as Paul Whitehouse, Martin Clunes, Matthew Kelly, Johnny Cash, Susannah York, Juliet Stevenson, Leslie Grantham, Dennis Waterman, Rula Lenska, Bruce Oldfield, Linda Dobson, Gianluca Vialli, Ashton Kutcher and Ellen DeGeneres and many others who wish to remain anonymous. Richard Branson publicly advocates our method to his friends and employees.
Below are just a handful of unsolicited testimonials received from perhaps a little less famous people who attended one of our clinics.
A belated VERY big thank-you for your course (well I know it's Allen Carr's really BUT you were the one delivering). You were/are a consummate and skilled presenter/therapist; and one (as owned up to) with a wicked sense of humour and wit. It was a joy to be one of your subjects.
Glad to report that I am just short of seven days as a non-smoker and keep smiling about it and keep being really smug about it. Although I have had a couple of keen moments when I have really felt my body wanting to relapse - I HAVE NOT. The thing that keeps me safe is saying to myself "I haven't given anything up - I have taken up life again and am normal and clean again.
All down to you really and showing me the way. So many thanks.Julian Flack
WOW - 1 year ago tomorrow I became a non smoker on one of your clinics - I was the tag along at The Swan in Tarporley.
I still can't believe I stopped after 30+ years and it really was quite easy. Plenty of situations and times to test me but I just kept trying to remember all the things you had said to us. Now it's got to the point where the smell of anyone smoking or who has been smoking actually makes me feel sick, I find it so repulsive.
3 months ago I joined a Community Fit Club, lost 2 stone and because I no longer smoke I can do all the exercise classes and swim. So now yes as you said, it is life changing. I now feel fit and healthy and have a life not controlled by the awful habit.
So just really wanted to say a big, big thank you - you are doing a marvellous job.Julia Lloyd
I attended your session two weeks ago and would like to thank you for helping me to quit.
It has been easier than expected – I have managed to quash any temptation to smoke by holding on to the messages you so clearly gave me. Although two weeks is only a short time, I have no desire to smoke and hardly ever have a craving.
I wish I had been to see you sooner, but happy to be on the right road at last.
Many thanks again, I am eternally gratefulJames Phillips
I attended one of your sessions 4 weeks and 1 day ago in Nottingham and wanted you to know how I have got on. I can’t thank you enough for giving me my life back. It has been easy, no doubt about it, I haven’t had the moment of revelation yet but I know I will never smoke again and I don’t know why I know that – I just do.!!!!
I have told everyone about it and am amazed at the level of scepticism – all my friends are waiting to see how I get on before they commit to the programme which seems a bit cock eyed !
Before I rattle on to long – I want to say thanks again.Katie Fellows
Just a wee note to say I'm celebrating my 1st anniversary... 1 year since I became a happy non-smoker and I can honestly say I haven't been tempted since - which is amazing after being a confirmed smoker for more than 20 years!!
Fantastic and I just wanted to say.. thanks again!
Just a quick line to say thanks again, I'm sure you always want to know feedback and success rates. I was not going to contact you until I had gone a whole year, but I just had an easyway newsletter and thought that I would say thanks and hopefully that is me done now. I have to say I found the whole process easy with no struggles.
Thanks again and keep up the good work.Julie Kittle
Just wanted to drop you a line to say a huge THANK YOU. It's been 3 weeks and 4 days since I attended your stop smoking clinic in Hanley and I'm delighted to report that I have not had a single cigarette! And am thrilled to have found it so easy. My life has had it's normal array of ups and downs, work, pub, hassles, fun and I have done them all, happily, without a fag! I can smell better (and I despise the smell of someone whose just had a fag!), look better (apparently), get up in the morning far more easily and have even been back to the gym a few times.
I sincerely hope that my fellow workshop attendees ( I'm rubbish with names and I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten theirs!) have had the same success.
So, Debbie, thankyou. It really was a pleasure meeting you!Jenny
Hope you are well, have been meaning to mail you for ages just to let you know that we are still very happily non smokers and have been since your clinic on the 11th Sept.
Thanks for showing us 'the way'.Carl and Vanda Sutton - Crewe
Just a quick note to let you know how I'm going on FANTASTIC! cant believe it.
DO NOT EVEN FEEL LIKE HAVING A CIGARETTE, Also lost 5lb in weight (you know how worried I was about gaining weight)
Anyway thanks a millionPhilippa - Stoke
5 days on and still a non smoker, I can't believe how easy it was.
I have tried many methods in the last two years, patches, hypnotherapy, will power, all failed.
Your easyway method sounded too good to be true, thought I would be climbing the wall or heading for breakdown but no such thing, hardly have given fags much thought and its thanks to you. It is true that I have thought about fags occasionally but only in relation to what you had said not once thought about with affection.
Will keep you posted but can't see any reason why I can't now say I am a non smoker.Pat Powell - Stoke
I am now in my 27th day as a non smoker. I have been a 20 a day for over 40 years, that ended 15th November when attended your clinic. I can't believe how easy your way is, I have tried patches, hypnotherapy or just will power all failed.
I am so grateful to Allen Carr's Easyway method.Pat Powell - Stoke
Hope you are well. Just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you for being so brilliant on Saturday. Tim and I are still 'happy non smokers' .......... it was a fab session and very very worthwhile. Tim and I are feeling better already. You are excellent!
Thanks againMel Bailey - Stoke
I would like to take this moment to thank you so much for what you have done for me, especially now as I am a happy non-smoker and to let you know that I am loving every moment of it! I just can not believe how easy it has been, admittedly the first 24 hrs was a strange place to be in ones mind, but after our session and once you are aware of what is actually happening to you, any potential withdrawal disappears in seconds and is painless, I just cannot believe why I have been afraid of stopping in the past! This just sound so ridiculous now and I will never turn back to using the killer weed
Again, thank you so much for your help,Peter Paddock - Chester

Many ThanksMartin Kempton
Dear Debbie and all at Easyway
Eight days on and I'm feeling really good.
Thank youJudy Summers - Stoke
Thanks again for a really helpful day on Saturday. Without all that useful information you gave us I would now be in that will power cycle of struggle and climbing the walls (or smoking again). Now when that grumbling comes, I just break the cycle by reminding myself that is the monster dying.Mike Wilson - Crewe
